SodaPeak Benefits: What the Label Claims

Quick answer

SodaPeak is made to support muscle, the one claim printed on its bottle.

That claim rests on a blend named Test Boost, made of eight traditional ingredients. Pair it with lifting, enough protein and good sleep.

See what each of the eight ingredients is.

The claims01

What are the benefits of SodaPeak?

The benefits of SodaPeak, as claimed, are support for healthy muscle, plus the hints in the blend name "Test Boost" and the ad words "stamina" and "vitality".

Only the first is printed on the bottle. It carries an asterisk, and the asterisk leads to the line that FDA has not evaluated the statement. FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA, Information for Consumers on Dietary Supplements).

The rest comes from the name and the ads. A benefit is a measured result in people. For SodaPeak we found none, so the cards below show what is claimed and the evidence that sits behind each.

The asterisk points to the FDA statement on the bottle: these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Muscle02

Does SodaPeak support healthy muscle?

Nobody can say. No study has tested SodaPeak, and research on its single herbs does not show a muscle effect.

"Supports healthy muscle" is structure/function wording. The company must keep it truthful, and health claims generally need human trials that match the product and the dose (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). We found no such trial.

What does support muscle is well known. Adults need muscle-strengthening work on at least 2 days a week (CDC, Adult Physical Activity Guidelines), enough protein (Harvard Nutrition Source, Protein) and sleep of 7 hours or more (CDC, About Sleep).

Testosterone03

Does the Test Boost blend raise testosterone?

No trial of the blend shows that, and the label makes no such claim. The name "Test Boost" is a name, not a result.

Tongkat ali is the one line with pooled human data. Testosterone rose in men with low levels, but not in healthy men, and the authors list serious limits (Leisegang et al., Medicina 2022 (E. longifolia)). Reviews of over-the-counter boosters find most claims lack support (Clemesha et al. on T-booster claims (SMSNA summary)).

Guidelines say low testosterone is diagnosed from symptoms plus two early-morning tests (AUA, Testosterone Deficiency Guideline). They also advise against treating age-related low levels to improve energy or vitality (ACP, Testosterone Treatment Guideline).

Which SodaPeak claims are on the bottle?

Only "Supports Healthy Muscle*" is on the front of the bottle. Phrases such as "natural testosterone booster" come from a vendor ad, not the label.

Ad copy that goes beyond the label is a common pattern, and the FTC requires claims to have competent evidence (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

Test Boost Proprietary BlendYes, the blend name
Natural testosterone boosterNo, vendor ad only

The gap05

How do the SodaPeak claims compare with the evidence?

Claims run ahead of the evidence in every row below, and the badges are seller claims with no named certifier.

  1. Label front“SUPPORTS HEALTHY MUSCLE*”Structure/function wording with the FDA asterisk. No trial of SodaPeak exists, and none of the eight lines has good human evidence for muscle. (FDA, Information for Consumers on Dietary Supplements) (NIH ODS, Exercise & Athletic Performance)
  2. Label back“Test Boost Proprietary Blend”The name hints at testosterone, but the label makes no testosterone claim. A review of over-the-counter testosterone boosters found weak support for their claims. (Clemesha et al. on T-booster claims (SMSNA summary)) (21 CFR 101.36 (Supplement Facts, proprietary blends))
  3. Label front“ADVANCED FORMULA”A name, not a measured property. The blend prints a 1,200 mg total and no single amount, so no line can be checked. (21 CFR 101.36 (Supplement Facts, proprietary blends))
  4. Brand badge“GMP certified”No factory, certifier or audit date is printed anywhere we could see. (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements: What You Need to Know)
  5. Brand badge“Registered FDA facility”The label prints no facility statement. Registration, where it exists, is not FDA approval of a product. (FDA, Information for Consumers on Dietary Supplements)
  6. Brand badge“Made in USA”The eBay listing shows the item located in India, so ask the seller where a given bottle was made. (eBay listing for SodaPeak)
  7. Ads for male-health pillsClaims to raise testosterone or fix erectionsThese are drug claims. FDA has found sexual-enhancement supplements spiked with hidden drug ingredients, and the FTC expects real evidence for health claims. (FDA public notification, hidden drugs (SexRx)) (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance)
  8. Bottle backThe FDA statement'Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.' That line is accurate, and it is the one to keep in mind. (FDA, Information for Consumers on Dietary Supplements)

Claims as printed on the label and the brand badges. Health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally human trials of the same product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

Fair points06

Does SodaPeak have any real strengths?

Yes, a few. The label lists all eight ingredients by name, no stimulant is listed, and the cost is low at about $0.56 a day on one bottle and $0.50 on two.

The seller also states a 60-day money-back guarantee, and eBay adds its own buyer protection (eBay Money Back Guarantee). Those are strengths of the offer, not of the blend. They lower the risk of trying it.

What to do07

How should you judge the benefits of SodaPeak?

Judge them by your own notes and a doctor's tests, not by the name on the bottle.

If you try it, write down your sleep, training and any change by day 60. If low energy or drive worries you, ask for the blood tests that settle it. Keep taking prescribed medicine, and never swap a doctor's plan for a capsule.

FAQ08

SodaPeak questions people ask

Is SodaPeak good for muscle growth?

No study shows it. The label says only "Supports Healthy Muscle*", and the claim is not evaluated by FDA. Training on at least 2 days a week, protein and sleep are what the evidence backs (CDC, Adult Physical Activity Guidelines).

Does SodaPeak increase stamina or energy?

No trial shows that. Stamina and energy appear in vendor ad copy, not on the label. Fatigue has many causes, including poor sleep, anemia and thyroid disease, so a doctor visit is the better first step (MedlinePlus, Fatigue).

Does SodaPeak improve sex drive?

There is no trial of the product. NCCIH says none of the sexual-enhancement products it reviewed has been shown to be safe and effective (NCCIH, Sexual-Enhancement Supplements). Talk to a doctor about drive that stays low.

Are there benefits of tongkat ali in SodaPeak?

Tongkat ali raised testosterone in small trials of men with low levels, not in healthy men (Leisegang et al., Medicina 2022 (E. longifolia)). Its amount in SodaPeak is capped at 600 mg per serving and is not printed, so the trials do not map onto the capsule.

Is SodaPeak good for the prostate?

We have no evidence of that. Saw palmetto is probably not helpful for urinary symptoms of an enlarged prostate (NCCIH, Saw Palmetto). Urinary changes need a doctor, since they can have serious causes.

Can SodaPeak replace a testosterone prescription?

No. It is a supplement, not a medicine, and nothing here suggests it matches one. A prescription follows tests and a doctor's plan. Do not change a prescription because of a supplement.
