SodaPeak Side Effects: What to Know Before You Start

Quick answer

SodaPeak side effects come from reports on its single ingredients, and most are mild.

They include stomach upset, extra bleeding with blood thinners, low blood sugar and, rarely, liver injury. Ask a doctor or pharmacist to check your medications before you start.

The short answer01

What are the side effects of SodaPeak?

The side effects of SodaPeak are unknown as a whole. What we can list are reports on its single ingredients, mostly mild.

No safety trial of the capsule is on file, and the label shows no amount for any line, so a report on one herb cannot be tied to a dose here. Supplements are not approved by FDA before sale, and side effects are likelier at high doses or in combinations (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements: What You Need to Know).

Taking more than the bottle says raises the odds of trouble. Stay with the serving on your bottle.

By ingredient02

Which SodaPeak ingredient causes which side effect?

Each ingredient has its own reported effects. Saw palmetto has the longest list, from mild stomach upset to rare serious cases.

Medicines03

Does SodaPeak interact with medicines?

It may. Several of the herbs can interact with blood thinners, blood-pressure and diabetes medicines, prostate medicines and hormone treatments.

Saw palmetto has case reports of extra bleeding with warfarin and clopidogrel (MSK, Saw Palmetto). Nettle may add to diuretics and blood-pressure drugs (MSK, Nettle). Supplements can also raise bleeding risk or affect anesthesia, so tell every provider and tell them before surgery (NCCIH, Using Dietary Supplements Wisely).

Pick your type of medicine below to see which ingredient to ask about.

Blood thinners (warfarin, aspirin)

A starting list for a talk with your pharmacist, not a full interaction check. Keep taking prescribed medicine; never stop or change a dose because of a supplement.

Keep taking prescribed medicine

Do not stop or change a dose because of anything here. Ask your doctor or pharmacist, and bring the bottle.

Prostate04

Can SodaPeak affect PSA or prostate tests?

Saw palmetto does not appear to change PSA readings, but tell your doctor you take it anyway.

PSA can be raised by BPH, prostatitis, vigorous exercise and ejaculation, and lowered by finasteride and dutasteride (NCI, PSA Test Fact Sheet). A supplement list helps your doctor read a result.

Saw palmetto is also probably not helpful for urinary symptoms of an enlarged prostate (NCCIH, Saw Palmetto). Do not treat urinary changes with a capsule when a doctor should look at them.

Hidden risks05

Could SodaPeak contain hidden drugs?

We have no test showing that, and the label lists none. The risk is real in the category, though.

FDA lab analysis has found sildenafil and tadalafil in sexual-enhancement products that did not list them, and these can drop blood pressure dangerously with nitrates (FDA public notification, hidden drugs (SexRx)). NCCIH says many such products hold unlisted drugs (NCCIH, Sexual-Enhancement Supplements).

The "GMP certified" and "registered FDA facility" badges name no auditor and no date. Lot code SOD-26/SO-2406 is a seller reference, not lab proof. A buyer cannot rule out contamination from a badge.

Warning signs06

When should you call a doctor about SodaPeak side effects?

Stop taking SodaPeak and call a doctor for yellow skin or eyes, dark urine, unusual bleeding or bruising, a rash, swelling, or a stomach upset that does not pass.

Call 911 for chest pain, fainting or an erection that lasts over four hours. Those are emergencies whatever the cause.

Also call the SodaPeak order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 about a refund. The website inbox cannot see orders.

Lower the risk07

How can you lower the risk of SodaPeak side effects?

Take only the label serving, check your medicines first and skip it if you are under 18, pregnant or nursing.

Take it with food and a glass of water, and add no other herbal booster. Keep a short note of how you feel in the first two weeks.

FAQ08

SodaPeak questions people ask

Does SodaPeak cause stomach upset?

It can. Saw palmetto, the third line, lists stomach upset and diarrhea among its common effects, mostly mild (MSK, Saw Palmetto). Taking the capsules after a meal with water may ease it, and it should pass once you stop.

Can SodaPeak affect the liver?

A rare case is on record for tongkat ali, where a bodybuilder developed jaundice and recovered after stopping, though undisclosed steroid use weakens the link (LiverTox, Tongkat Ali). Yellow skin or eyes need a doctor right away.

Does SodaPeak lower blood sugar?

Nettle root has case reports of low blood sugar (MSK, Nettle). If you take diabetes medicine, ask your doctor before you start, and watch your readings. Never change a diabetes dose because of a supplement.

Does SodaPeak affect blood pressure?

Nettle may add to blood-pressure drugs and diuretics, from animal studies (MSK, Nettle). If you take such a medicine, ask first. Dangerous drops are linked to hidden drugs in some products, not to anything on this label (FDA public notification, hidden drugs (SexRx)).

Can SodaPeak cause low sex drive or other sexual side effects?

Saw palmetto lists lower sex drive among its reported effects (MSK, Saw Palmetto). That is the opposite of what the blend name implies. Report any sexual change to your doctor, because many causes exist.

Is SodaPeak safe to take long term?

We do not know. No long-term study of the capsule exists, and the amounts are not printed. Review by day 60 with a doctor, and report any problem to FDA through MedWatch (FDA MedWatch, adverse event reporting).
