How it works

How Does SodaPeak Work? Inside the 2-Capsule Serving

Quick answer

SodaPeak works through eight ingredients that share one 1,200 mg blend.

You get that blend in each 2-capsule serving, and a bottle holds 30 servings. The label calls it the Test Boost Proprietary Blend.

The short version01

How does SodaPeak work in the body?

SodaPeak is a dietary supplement, and its label names no mechanism. The bottle says only "Supports Healthy Muscle*", and the asterisk points to the FDA statement that the claim is not evaluated.

So how SodaPeak works is not something the maker has shown. What we can do is read what is in each capsule and what is known about each line.

The blend is called "Test Boost Proprietary Blend". That name suggests a hormone effect, but the Supplement Facts make no testosterone claim, and no study of the finished capsule is on file. Reviews of over-the-counter boosters find that most claims lack published support (Clemesha et al. on T-booster claims (SMSNA summary)).

Three things the bottle does say

  • A serving is 2 capsules, and there are 30 servings.
  • One blend of 1,200 mg holds all eight lines.
  • The Daily Value is not established for the blend.

What is inside02

What is in the SodaPeak blend?

The blend holds eight lines: six plant extracts or powders, one animal-derived extract and one mineral chelate.

Seven other ingredients make up the capsule itself: calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and the gelatin shell. No caffeine or stimulant is listed.

  2. 2Tongkat Ali Powder (Eurycoma Longifolia Jack) RootLine 2 · at most 600 mg per serving
  3. 3Saw Palmetto Extract (Serenoa Repens) FruitLine 3 · at most 400 mg per serving
  4. 4Nettle Extract (Urtica Dioica L.) RootLine 4 · at most 300 mg per serving
  5. 5Wild Yam Extract (Dioscorea Opposita) RootLine 5 · at most 240 mg per serving
  6. 6Sarsaparilla (Smilax Glabra Roxb.) RootLine 6 · at most 200 mg per serving
  7. 7Orchic SubstanceLine 7 · at most 171 mg per serving
  8. 8Boron Amino Acid ChelateLine 8 · at most 150 mg per serving

From the Supplement Facts panel. The eight lines are the 1,200 mg blend, listed from most to least by weight (21 CFR 101.36 (Supplement Facts, proprietary blends)). Other ingredients (calcium carbonate, cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, the gelatin capsule) are not counted.

Each line has its own profile on the SodaPeak ingredients page.

Label math03

How much of each ingredient can a SodaPeak capsule hold?

Line k of 8 can weigh at most 1,200 mg divided by k per serving. That is a ceiling set by the order of the label, not a measured amount.

US rules list the ingredients of a proprietary blend from most to least by weight, with only the combined weight shown (21 CFR 101.36 (Supplement Facts, proprietary blends)). If line 2 weighed 700 mg, line 1 would need at least 700 mg too, and the two together would pass 1,200.

Take line 3. The first three lines must each weigh at least as much as line 3. Three lines at 400 mg use all 1,200 mg, so line 3 can reach 400 mg and no more.

How heavy could each of the eight lines be?The label prints one total, 1,200 mg per 2 capsules, and no single amount. Pick a way to look at it.
A barbell with eight plates, one per line of the SodaPeak blend; plate height shows the most each line can weigh12345678

Line 1 can be as heavy as the whole blend, 1,200 mg. Each later line can weigh at most 1,200 mg divided by its place: line 8 at most 150 mg.

  1. 1. Horny goat weedat most 1,200 mg
  2. 2. Tongkat aliat most 600 mg
  3. 3. Saw palmettoat most 400 mg
  4. 4. Nettle rootat most 300 mg
  5. 5. Wild yamat most 240 mg
  6. 6. Sarsaparillaat most 200 mg
  7. 7. Orchic substanceat most 171 mg
  8. 8. Boronat most 150 mg

Arithmetic from the label (1,200 mg blend, lines listed most to least by weight) and 21 CFR 101.36 (21 CFR 101.36 (Supplement Facts, proprietary blends)). A ceiling is the most a line could weigh, not what it weighs, and plates are drawn by area-friendly height, not to scale. The even split is an illustration, not a claim.

Ceiling per serving by label place

3Saw palmetto400
4Nettle root300
5Wild yam240
6Sarsaparilla200
7Orchic substance171
8Boron chelate150

An even split would be 150 mg a line. Real amounts sit somewhere between, and only the maker knows where.

Line by line04

What does research say about the eight SodaPeak ingredients?

For the separate herbs, research is thin, and for the combined capsule it does not exist. Only tongkat ali has pooled human data on testosterone, and that rise appeared in men with low levels, not in healthy men (Leisegang et al., Medicina 2022 (E. longifolia)).

Saw palmetto, taken alone, is probably not helpful for urinary symptoms of an enlarged prostate (NCCIH, Saw Palmetto). Horny goat weed is used traditionally, and its fatigue and sexual uses have not been tested in clinical trials (MSK, Epimedium (Horny Goat Weed)).

Little human data

Nettle root, wild yam and sarsaparilla have few or no useful human studies for muscle or hormones. There is no evidence the body turns wild yam's diosgenin into hormones (MSK, Wild Yam).

No evidence found

Orchic substance, made from cattle testicles, has insufficient evidence for any use (RxList, Orchic Extract). Boron has an adult upper limit of 20 mg a day, and the amount in the blend is unknown (NIH ODS, Boron).

Evidence has to match the product and the dose (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance), and a single-herb study cannot stand in for this capsule.

The claim05

What does "Supports Healthy Muscle" actually mean?

"Supports Healthy Muscle*" is structure/function wording, which describes a body part without promising a result. It is not a claim that SodaPeak builds muscle.

Wording like this is allowed on a supplement when the FDA statement follows it. FDA does not review such claims before sale (FDA, Information for Consumers on Dietary Supplements). A company must still keep its claims truthful (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

Muscle changes mainly with training, protein and sleep. Adults need strengthening work on at least 2 days a week (CDC, Adult Physical Activity Guidelines), and sleep of 7 hours or more (CDC, About Sleep). Short sleep lowered testosterone in healthy young men in one lab study (Leproult & Van Cauter, JAMA 2011 (sleep and testosterone)). No capsule replaces those.

In practice06

What happens when you take SodaPeak?

You swallow 2 capsules with water, as the bottle directs, and the gelatin shell dissolves in the stomach. After that, the label offers nothing to track.

We found no absorption study, so how much of each line reaches the blood is not known.

  1. 01

    Check the seal

A new bottle should have an intact safety seal. Do not use it if the seal is damaged or missing.

  2. 02

    Take the serving

The label's serving is 2 capsules. The brief says one or two capsules a day with an 8 oz glass of water. Do not take more.

  3. 03

    Pick a daily anchor

The eBay listing says after a meal. A fixed anchor such as breakfast makes it easy to remember. Prescribed medicine keeps its own schedule.

  4. 04

    Review by day 60

Note what changed, if anything, and talk to your doctor about low energy, libido or erection changes. A supplement is not a test or a treatment.

Timing, missed doses and a daily routine are in how to take SodaPeak.

Bottom line07

Should you rely on how SodaPeak works?

No, not without a doctor's input. The mechanism is unproven, the amounts are hidden and the claims run ahead of the evidence.

Tired, low in drive or worried about your erections? Those symptoms have many causes, and a diagnosis needs symptoms plus two early-morning blood tests (Endocrine Society, Testosterone Therapy Guideline). A capsule cannot give that answer.

Keep taking prescribed medicine

A supplement does not replace what your doctor prescribed. Ask your doctor or pharmacist before adding one.

If you still want to try it, read the SodaPeak supplement facts first and the SodaPeak benefits page for the claims set against evidence.

FAQ08

SodaPeak questions people ask

Does SodaPeak have a proven mechanism of action?

No. The label names no mechanism, and we found no study of the finished capsule.

Why is the SodaPeak blend called Test Boost?

The name is the maker's choice and suggests a hormone link. The Supplement Facts panel makes no testosterone claim, and no trial of the blend shows a rise in testosterone.

Can the first SodaPeak ingredient weigh 1,200 mg?

Yes, at most. Horny goat weed is listed first, so it could be up to 1,200 mg of the blend if the other seven lines were tiny. That is a ceiling from label order, not a measured amount.

Do the SodaPeak ingredients work together?

There is no evidence that they do. Reports of herb pairs, such as saw palmetto with nettle, come from other products at known doses (MSK, Nettle). Nobody has tested these eight in this blend.

Is there a study on SodaPeak itself?

We found none as of October 19, 2026.

Does the SodaPeak capsule contain a stimulant?

No stimulant or caffeine is listed on the Supplement Facts. The other ingredients are fillers and flow agents, such as magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, plus the gelatin shell.

How is SodaPeak different from a testosterone drug?

A testosterone drug is prescribed after tests and is regulated as a medicine. SodaPeak is a dietary supplement, and FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA, Information for Consumers on Dietary Supplements). They are not interchangeable.
