Agreement01
What do these terms and conditions cover?
These terms cover your use of sodapeakdaily.com. If you read the pages or click a link, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The site is run by Sodapeakdaily, described on its pages as a "USA Authorized SodaPeak Retailer". That wording comes from the retailer's own materials. We are not the manufacturer of SodaPeak, and the bottle names no manufacturer in the images we have.
The terms work together with the privacy policy and the disclaimer. Read all three. They are short.

What the site is02
What is this website, and what is it not?
This website is an information site about a dietary supplement, with links to buy it. It is not a store, a clinic or a medical service.
The pages explain the SodaPeak label, the eight ingredients, the research on each, the price and the guarantee. We write them to be read, and we try to say plainly what we do not know.
The site does not take payment, hold an account for you or ship anything. The order buttons open a hand-off page and then the eBay listing (eBay listing for SodaPeak). Everything after that click happens on eBay.
It is
A source of label facts, plain-word summaries and prices as we read them on the listing.
It is not
Medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise that any product will work for you.
It earns
Money from order links. That interest is stated on the site, and you should weigh our words with it in mind.
Orders03
Who is responsible for my order?
The seller on the eBay listing and eBay are responsible for the sale, the shipment and the payment. This website is not a party to that sale.
Your purchase is then covered by eBay's own terms and buyer protection (eBay Money Back Guarantee). Return rules are on the listing, which prints 30-day returns with the seller paying return shipping (eBay Returns Policy). The seller also states a 60-day money-back guarantee. Because the two differ, start any return inside 30 days.
For order help, call +1 (302) 200-3480 (the SodaPeak order desk) with your order number. The website inbox cannot see orders.
The listing shows the item located in India. You may owe import fees, and delivery can take several weeks (eBay, International Purchases and Import Charges). Check the listing before you pay, because it can change.
Accuracy04
Is the information on this website accurate and current?
We work to keep it accurate, but we cannot promise it is complete or current. Prices, delivery windows and listing terms were read on October 19, 2026, and they can change without notice.
If the eBay listing and a page here disagree, the listing governs for price and terms. If the bottle and a page here disagree, the bottle governs for ingredients and directions.
Health information changes as new studies appear. We cite our sources on each page, and we mark the date. A page is not a substitute for reading the label in your hand, and it is not a substitute for asking a doctor or pharmacist about your own situation.
| Topic | Which source governs |
|---|---|
| Ingredients and serving size | The bottle's Supplement Facts |
| Directions and warnings | The bottle, and your doctor or pharmacist |
| Price, shipping and returns | The eBay listing at the time you buy |
| Medical decisions | Your own health care provider |
Your use05
What may I and may I not do on this website?
You may read the pages, share a link and quote short passages with credit. You may not misuse the site or pass off our work as your own.
- Do not copy whole pages, or our label tables, to sell or republish as yours.
- Do not try to break, overload or probe the site's systems.
- Do not use the site to send spam or false claims about us or about a product.
- Do not present these pages as medical advice to another person.
The text, layout and illustrations made for this site belong to Sodapeakdaily. Photos of the bottle and the vendor's images belong to their owners and are used to show the product. The name SodaPeak and the VITALIFES mark belong to whoever owns them. Using them here does not suggest that they endorse us.
Liability06
What is Sodapeakdaily liable for?
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Sodapeakdaily is not liable for losses that come from relying on the pages or from a product you buy elsewhere.
That includes harm from taking a supplement, delays or fees on a shipment, and anything a seller does after you click through. We do not make the product, and we do not run the eBay sale.
Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so part of this limit may not apply to you. We do not try to limit anything the law says cannot be limited. We also do not give legal advice. If you need to know how a law applies to you, ask a lawyer.
Keep taking prescribed medicine exactly as directed. Chest pain, fainting or an erection lasting over four hours means call 911.
Links07
What about links to other websites?
Links to eBay, to government sites and to studies are for your convenience. We do not control those sites and we do not answer for what they say or do.
Source links point to places such as FDA, the NIH and the FTC. We cite them for the facts they state, and we say so in plain words. A link is not a partnership with that body, and none of them has reviewed this site.
Be careful with sites that copy our name. A fake store can look like a real one (BBB, How to Identify a Fake Website). The only order route we describe goes through the eBay listing named in the order buttons.
Changes and contact08
How are these terms changed, and who do I contact?
We may change these terms when the site changes. The new version applies from the date shown, and using the site after that date means you accept it.
We will not quietly change the meaning of an old page in a way that hurts you. When a change matters, such as a new fee or a new data practice, we will say so in plain words.
These terms are meant to be read as written and are not a substitute for local law. If one part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Questions about the terms go to [email protected], Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. Our office is at 330 Madison Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10017, USA. See also the contact page.
FAQ09
SodaPeak questions people ask
Do these terms make Sodapeakdaily the maker of SodaPeak?
No. Sodapeakdaily is a retailer of SodaPeak that earns money from order links. The bottle shows a small VITALIFES mark but names no manufacturer or address in the images we have, so we do not name one.
Does Sodapeakdaily sell SodaPeak directly on its own website?
No. The website has no cart or checkout. Order buttons open a short hand-off page and then the eBay listing. The sale, the payment and the shipment are handled by the eBay seller and eBay.
Can I copy text from the Sodapeakdaily website?
You may quote short passages with credit and a link. Please do not copy whole pages or label tables to republish or sell. The text and illustrations made for this site belong to Sodapeakdaily.
Which source wins if the website and the bottle disagree?
The bottle wins for ingredients, serving size and directions. The eBay listing wins for price and return terms at the time you buy. A doctor or pharmacist wins for anything about your own health.
Are the prices on this website guaranteed?
No. We read $16.78 for one bottle and $30.20 for two on the eBay listing on October 19, 2026. A listing can change, so confirm the price on eBay before you pay.
Can Sodapeakdaily change these terms later?
Yes. We may update them when the site changes, and the date near the top shows the latest version. We will state material changes plainly, and your continued use after a change means you accept it.
