SodaPeak Money-Back Guarantee: How Refunds Work
SodaPeak comes with a money-back promise, and eBay adds its own Money Back Guarantee.
The seller states 60 days, while the eBay listing prints 30-day returns with the seller paying return shipping. Start any return within 30 days and keep your order number.

The promise01
What does the SodaPeak guarantee promise?
The SodaPeak guarantee promises your money back if you return the product inside the seller's window. The seller states that window as 60 days from the date of purchase.
That is the figure on the brand's own money-back badge, and the one the seller's brief repeats. It is a promise from the seller. It is not a rule written into law, and it is not a lab result about the capsules.
The eBay listing says something a little different, and we explain the gap below. The short version is in the table.
| Source | What it says | Who pays return shipping |
|---|---|---|
| Seller's brief and money-back badge | 60-day money-back guarantee from purchase | Not stated; ask the order desk |
| eBay listing | 30-day returns | The seller, per the listing (eBay listing for SodaPeak) |
| eBay Money Back Guarantee | Covers items not received or not as described | The seller, for not-as-described returns (eBay Money Back Guarantee) |
The mismatch02
Is the SodaPeak guarantee 60 days or 30 days?
It is both, depending on who is speaking. The seller says 60 days, and the eBay listing prints 30-day returns.
We cannot see a contract that settles it. So we plan around the shorter number. If you start a return on day 29, the listing and the seller are both on your side. If you wait until day 55, you are relying on the seller's word alone.
A promise that sounds generous in an ad is only as good as the route to claim it. Here the route is clear: an eBay return, or a phone call to the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order number.
Decide by day 30. Anything after that is a favor the seller may or may not grant, even if its badge says 60.
The badge itself is one of ten the brand supplies. Each is a claim, not a certificate, and the badge row on SodaPeak testing and quality sorts them one by one.
Step by step03
How do you use the SodaPeak money-back guarantee?
Use it in four moves: keep the order number, open the return inside 30 days, ship the bottles back with tracking, and wait for the refund to reach your card.
Count your days from the date you paid, not from the day the parcel arrived. The listing shows a delivery window of roughly late October to early November, and an item shipped from India can easily take a couple of weeks.
- Day 0
Order on eBay and keep the order number
Your eBay order number is what the seller's desk and eBay both use. Count the days from the date you paid.
- Within 30 days
Open the return on eBay, or call
The listing prints 30-day returns, and the seller states 60 days. To be safe, start inside 30 days: open a return on eBay or call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order number.
- Then
Mail the bottles back with tracking
The listing says the seller pays return shipping on its 30-day returns; ask the desk about the 60-day terms. Include your full name, email and order number, and keep the tracking receipt.
- After inspection
Refund to the original payment method
eBay's Money Back Guarantee also covers an item that does not arrive or is not as described. Refund timing depends on the card issuer.
Addresses and timing are on the SodaPeak refund policy.
Buyer protection04
What does the eBay Money Back Guarantee add?
The eBay Money Back Guarantee adds a second safety net that does not depend on the seller's badge. It covers most eligible purchases when an item does not arrive, is not as described, or the seller does not honor its return policy (eBay Money Back Guarantee).
For an item that never arrives, a buyer can report up to 30 calendar days after the estimated or actual delivery date. For a not-as-described item, a return can be requested up to 30 days after delivery, and the seller pays return shipping.
Two cautions apply. Paying outside eBay is not covered. And a chargeback with your card company for the same purchase can close the eBay case, so pick one route first.
- Pay inside eBay checkout so the protection applies.
- Take a photo of the bottle and seal when it arrives.
- Message the seller through eBay so a record exists.

What does the SodaPeak guarantee not cover?
The guarantee does not cover import fees, return postage, or a result you hoped for. It returns your purchase price, nothing more.
The listing shows the item located in India and says the buyer pays any import charges (eBay, International Purchases and Import Charges). If a carrier collects duty at your door, that sum is a cost of ordering from abroad, and nothing we have seen says it comes back. Per the listing, the seller pays return shipping.
Nor does it promise that SodaPeak will do anything. The label claims only "Supports Healthy Muscle*", and no trial has tested the product. "Money back" is a way to limit your risk, not a sign that the product works.
We found no written terms for the 60-day promise, such as whether opened bottles qualify. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 and ask before you open the seal if that matters to you.
Using the window06
How should you use your 30 days with SodaPeak?
Use the window to run a plain, honest check, not to hunt for a feeling. A bottle holds 30 days at the label's serving, so the whole window is one bottle.
Write down your starting point on day 1: sleep hours, training days, energy on a 1 to 10 scale. Write it again on day 28. Sleep, lifting and protein change those numbers far more than a capsule can (CDC, Adult Physical Activity Guidelines) (CDC, About Sleep).
- Day 1
Check the seal, photograph the bottle, note your baseline.
- Days 2 to 14
Take the serving on the bottle with a meal. Keep sleep and training steady so the picture stays clear.
- Days 15 to 28
Review your notes. If you saw nothing or felt unwell, stop and decide on a return.
- Day 29 or earlier
Open the return on eBay, or call the order desk. Do not wait for day 60.
If anything worrying happens, such as chest pain or fainting, call 911. Keep taking any prescribed medicine, and tell your doctor about the supplement.
Before you order07
Is the SodaPeak guarantee worth relying on?
It is worth having, but not worth trusting blindly. The eBay protection is the part we can point to in writing; the 60-day figure is the seller's word.
What helps
- Two layers: a seller promise and eBay protection
- A phone number for the order desk
- A listing that states a 30-day return window
What to watch
- The 60-day and 30-day figures disagree
- Who pays on a 60-day return is not stated
- Import fees are not refunded as far as we can tell
At $16.78 for one bottle, or $30.20 for two, the money at risk is small. Still, the cheaper way to settle doubt is to buy one bottle first. See where to buy SodaPeak for the order route.
FAQ08
SodaPeak questions people ask
Does SodaPeak really have a 60-day money-back guarantee?
The seller states it, but the eBay listing prints 30-day returns. We found no written terms for the 60-day promise. Treat 60 days as the seller's word and 30 days as the figure you can point to.
Who pays to send SodaPeak back?
The seller, on a 30-day return, according to the listing (eBay Money Back Guarantee). The seller's 60-day terms do not say who pays, so ask the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 before you ship. Use a tracked service either way.
Can I get a refund on an opened SodaPeak bottle?
We found no rule either way. The terms for the 60-day promise are not published, so call +1 (302) 200-3480 and ask before you open the seal. eBay may reduce a refund if an item returns used or damaged (eBay Returns Policy).
Do I get back the import fees on a SodaPeak order?
Probably not. The listing says the buyer pays import fees, and the guarantee returns the purchase price (eBay, International Purchases and Import Charges). Ask the order desk if a carrier collected duty, but do not count on it.
What if my SodaPeak order never arrives?
Report it to eBay. The Money Back Guarantee covers items not received, with a report window of up to 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date (eBay Money Back Guarantee). Message the seller first so a record exists.
Is the money-back badge on the bottle proof of the guarantee?
No. It is one of ten badges from the brand's image set, and a badge is a claim, not a certificate. The working proof is your eBay order and the seller's reply.
