The list01
What ingredients are in SodaPeak capsules?
SodaPeak capsules contain eight named blend ingredients, in this order: horny goat weed, tongkat ali, saw palmetto, nettle root, wild yam, sarsaparilla, orchic substance and boron amino acid chelate.
All eight sit inside the "Test Boost Proprietary Blend" of 1,200 mg per serving of 2 capsules. The order runs from the most to the least by weight (21 CFR 101.36 (Supplement Facts, proprietary blends)). Six lines are plants, one is animal-derived and one is a mineral.

Everything else02
What are the other ingredients in SodaPeak?
Its other ingredients are calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and the gelatin capsule.
These are fillers, binders and flow agents. They keep the powder moving and the capsule intact. No caffeine or other stimulant is listed.
The gelatin shell is animal-derived, and so is orchic substance. That is why the "vegetarian" badge in the brand's image set does not fit the label.
One by one03
What is each SodaPeak ingredient used for?
Each ingredient has a traditional use, and none has a proven use inside this capsule. A traditional use is what an herb has been sold for, not a trial result.

How much04
How much of each SodaPeak ingredient is in a serving?
The label does not say. It prints only the 1,200 mg total, so each line has a ceiling and no known amount.
Line k of 8 can weigh at most 1,200 mg divided by k. An even split would be 150 mg a line.
| Lines 1 to 4 | At most | Lines 5 to 8 | At most |
|---|---|---|---|
| Horny goat weed | 1,200 mg | Wild yam | 240 mg |
| Tongkat ali | 600 mg | Sarsaparilla | 200 mg |
| Saw palmetto | 400 mg | Orchic substance | 171 mg |
| Nettle root | 300 mg | Boron chelate | 150 mg |
These are limits from arithmetic, not lab results.

Are any SodaPeak ingredients a concern?
Yes, a few need a question to your doctor. Saw palmetto has case reports of extra bleeding with blood thinners (MSK, Saw Palmetto), and nettle may add to blood-pressure drugs and diuretics (MSK, Nettle).
Wild yam is described as having estrogen-like effects (MSK, Wild Yam). Boron has an adult upper limit of 20 mg a day (NIH ODS, Boron), and the amount in the blend is unknown.
Do not stop or change a prescribed dose because of a supplement. See SodaPeak side effects for more.
Not on the label06
Does SodaPeak contain ashwagandha or other herbs?
No. The Supplement Facts list none of ashwagandha, shatavari, safed musli or black pepper, though a vendor ad image names them.
When ad copy and label disagree, the label wins. FDA has also found unlisted drug ingredients in sexual-enhancement products (FDA public notification, hidden drugs (SexRx)). We have no test showing that for SodaPeak.

- Horny goat weed and tongkat ali
- Saw palmetto and nettle root
- Wild yam and sarsaparilla
- Orchic substance and boron

FAQ08
SodaPeak questions people ask
What is the main ingredient in SodaPeak?
Horny goat weed extract is listed first, so it is the heaviest line by label order, at up to 1,200 mg of the blend. Its fatigue and sexual uses are traditional and untested in clinical trials (MSK, Epimedium (Horny Goat Weed)).
Does SodaPeak contain tongkat ali?
Yes. Tongkat ali root powder is the second line, so it can weigh at most 600 mg per serving. Pooled trials found a testosterone rise in men with low levels but not in healthy men (Leisegang et al., Medicina 2022 (E. longifolia)).
Is there boron in SodaPeak?
Yes. The eighth and last line is a boron amino acid chelate, so it can weigh at most 150 mg of the blend. That is the chelate, and the elemental boron amount is not printed.
What is orchic substance in SodaPeak?
Orchic substance is a glandular extract made from cattle testicles, and the label does not name the animal. RxList rates the evidence as insufficient for any use (RxList, Orchic Extract). SodaPeak is therefore not vegetarian.
Are the SodaPeak ingredients natural?
The brand shows a "natural" badge, but no certifier is named, and the capsule also holds fillers such as silicon dioxide. Natural does not mean safe for everyone, so check your medicines first.
Does SodaPeak list its ingredient amounts?
No. The label shows one total of 1,200 mg and eight names, which U.S. rules allow for a proprietary blend (21 CFR 101.36 (Supplement Facts, proprietary blends)). The maker is not named on the bottle, so there is no one to ask on the label.
