How to Take SodaPeak: Serving, Timing and Water
Take SodaPeak as your bottle directs: the label serving is 2 capsules a day.
Take them with an 8 oz glass of water, after breakfast or lunch. SodaPeak is for adults 18 and over, and you should not go above the label serving.

The serving01
How many SodaPeak capsules do you take each day?
Take the number of SodaPeak capsules the bottle in your hand directs. The Supplement Facts serving is 2 capsules a day.
The seller's brief says "take one (1) or two (2) capsules daily with an 8 oz. glass of water". The eBay listing says 2 capsules after a meal (eBay listing for SodaPeak). The directions panel was not in the images we have, so we cannot quote it.
Start from the serving on the panel and do not go above it. More capsules do not make the blend work harder, and the amounts of each line are unknown.

Timing02
What is the best time of day to take SodaPeak?
The best time is whichever one you will keep: the listing says after a meal, so breakfast or lunch with a full glass of water works.
No source we hold ties the effect of these herbs to a time of day. A fixed anchor helps you remember, and food may ease stomach upset, which is the most reported side effect of saw palmetto (MSK, Saw Palmetto).
No caffeine or stimulant is listed, so an evening dose is not ruled out by the label. If sleep gets worse, move the dose earlier and tell your doctor. Sleep of 7 hours or more matters more than any capsule (CDC, About Sleep).
A day03
What does a daily SodaPeak routine look like?
A simple routine pairs the capsules with breakfast, adds protein and strength training, and protects sleep.
Adults need muscle-strengthening work on at least 2 days a week (CDC, Adult Physical Activity Guidelines). Protein needs depend on body weight (Harvard Nutrition Source, Protein). These habits carry the proven weight for muscle, not the capsule.
- Breakfast, about 7:30
The capsules, if you take SodaPeak. The listing says after a meal; the label gives no time. A fixed anchor makes it easy to remember. Prescribed medicine keeps its own schedule.
- Protein at meals
Most adults need about 0.8 g of protein per kilogram a day, and more is not proven to build more muscle without training. Food covers this better than a capsule.
- Lift in the evening
Adults need muscle-strengthening work on 2 or more days a week, plus 150 minutes of moderate activity. Training moves strength; a capsule does not.
- Night, 7 or more hours
Adults need at least 7 hours of sleep. In one small trial, a week of 5-hour nights lowered young men's testosterone by 10 to 15%.
Activity guidance from CDC (CDC, Adult Physical Activity Guidelines); sleep from CDC (CDC, About Sleep); the sleep and testosterone trial is Leproult and Van Cauter, JAMA 2011 (Leproult & Van Cauter, JAMA 2011 (sleep and testosterone)); protein from Harvard's Nutrition Source (Harvard Nutrition Source, Protein). The time for the capsules is a suggestion; follow your label.
Step by step04
How do you start taking SodaPeak?
Start with the seal, then the serving, then one anchor in your day. Review by day 60.
The steps below follow the bottle and the seller's directions. Skim them once, and keep the bottle where you will see it.
Check the seal
A new bottle should have an intact safety seal. Do not use it if the seal is damaged or missing.
Take the serving
Take the serving the bottle directs, which is 2 capsules on the Supplement Facts, with an 8 oz glass of water. Do not take more.
Pick a daily anchor
Link the capsules to a meal, such as breakfast, so you remember. Prescribed medicine keeps its own schedule.
Review by day 60
Note what changed, if anything, and talk to your doctor about low energy, drive or erection changes.

What if you miss a dose of SodaPeak?
If you miss a dose of SodaPeak, skip it and take the next one at the usual time. Do not double up.
The warning panel was not in our images, so no missed-dose rule is quoted. Doubling would push each line toward amounts nobody has studied. A skipped day does no harm that we know of.
Store the bottle sealed, away from heat and out of reach of children. The storage panel was not in our images either, so follow what is printed on yours.
Stay safe06
What should you avoid while taking SodaPeak?
Avoid taking more than the label says, avoid mixing it with other herbal boosters, and avoid it if you are under 18, pregnant or nursing.
Taking several supplements at once raises the chance of side effects and interactions (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements: What You Need to Know). Tell your doctor and your pharmacist about every product you use, before any surgery as well (NCCIH, Using Dietary Supplements Wisely).
A supplement does not replace a prescription. Blood thinners, blood-pressure, diabetes and prostate medicines are the ones to raise first.
When to stop07
When should you stop taking SodaPeak?
Stop and call a doctor if you notice yellow skin or eyes, unusual bleeding, a rash or a serious change you cannot explain. Call 911 for chest pain, fainting or an erection lasting over four hours.
You can also report a problem to FDA through MedWatch (FDA MedWatch, adverse event reporting). The seller's guarantee has a time limit, so decide by day 30 if you want your money back, as the eBay listing prints 30-day returns.

FAQ08
SodaPeak questions people ask
Can I take SodaPeak on an empty stomach?
The listing says to take it after a meal, so food is the safer choice. Saw palmetto can upset the stomach, and a meal with a full glass of water may soften that (MSK, Saw Palmetto).
Can I take SodaPeak at night?
The label lists no stimulant, so night use is not ruled out. The better test is how you sleep. If sleep worsens, take it earlier in the day. Short sleep lowered testosterone in a small lab study of young men (Leproult & Van Cauter, JAMA 2011 (sleep and testosterone)).
Should I take 1 or 2 SodaPeak capsules?
The Supplement Facts serving is 2 capsules, and the seller's brief says 1 or 2 daily. The bottle wins. At 1 a day a bottle lasts up to 60 days, and at 2 it lasts 30.
Can I take SodaPeak with coffee or alcohol?
The label lists no rule on either, and the warning panel was not in our images. Heavy alcohol use is a listed cause of erection trouble (Mayo Clinic, Erectile Dysfunction), so cut back rather than pair them. Check the bottle in hand.
Can I take SodaPeak with other supplements?
Ask first. Side effects are likelier when several supplements are combined (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements: What You Need to Know), and several of these herbs interact with medicines. A pharmacist can check your full list in a few minutes.
Do I take SodaPeak on rest days?
The label sets a daily serving and mentions no rest days. A daily anchor such as breakfast keeps it simple. Any plan to skip days is your choice, and no study tells us which pattern is better.
