This privacy policy explains what Sodapeakdaily, the retailer that runs this SodaPeak information website, does with visitor data. The pages are static, take no payments and have no accounts. We collect only what you choose to email us. Orders happen on eBay, which has its own privacy rules.

This privacy policy covers sodapeakdaily.com, a website run by Sodapeakdaily, a retailer of SodaPeak that earns money from order links.
It applies to every page on the site: the product pages, the guides, the blog and the contact page. It does not cover eBay, your bank, your browser maker or any other site you reach by a link.
We wrote it in plain words on purpose. The site is small, and what it does with data is short to describe. If a sentence here ever stops matching what the site does, the site is wrong and we will fix it.

What information does this website collect?
This website collects very little. The pages are static, so they have no sign-in, no shopping cart and no form that sends your details to us.
The only personal information we receive is what you send yourself. That means an email to [email protected], or a phone call to the order desk. If you write or call, we see your email address or phone number and whatever you tell us.
The tools on the site, such as the capsule planner and the safety check, run inside your own browser. The answers you tap are not sent to us and are not stored by us.

As of October 19, 2026, the pages we publish set no cookies of their own and load no advertising or analytics script that we have added.
Fonts and images come from the site itself. We do not run a tracking pixel, and we do not build a profile of you.
Any web host keeps ordinary server records, such as the time of a request, the page asked for and a network address, mainly to keep the site running and to spot abuse. We do not use those records to identify you. We have not named a hosting vendor here because we do not want to guess at its settings.
Your browser can also keep its own data, such as history and cache. You control that in your browser settings, and you can block cookies there if you like. If we ever add analytics, we will say so in this policy first and list what it measures.

What happens to my data when I click an order button?
When you click an order button, you leave this website. The button opens a short hand-off page, and then the eBay listing for SodaPeak (eBay listing for SodaPeak).
From that point eBay handles your sign-in, address, payment and order records under eBay's own privacy rules. We cannot see your card, and we do not control what eBay or the seller on the listing keeps.
The listing shows the item located in India, so a shipment can cross a border. Customs may ask for details, and import fees can apply (eBay, International Purchases and Import Charges). Read eBay's notices before you pay if you want to know how that data is used.
We earn money when people use the order links. That is how the site pays for itself, and it is the reason we ask you to read the disclaimer too.

How do we use the information you send us?
We use an email or a call only to answer it. If you write about a typo, a missing source or a privacy request, we read it and reply.
- To answer your question and fix an error on a page.
- To look up an order when you call the order desk with your order number.
- To keep a record of a complaint so we do not lose it.
We do not sell your email address. We do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us. We share information only when the law requires it, or when a service provider has to handle it to answer you, such as an email system.

What choices do I have about my data?
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the address you used before.
We answer in business hours, Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. Because we keep so little, the answer is often that we hold only the email thread itself. We will delete it on request unless a legal or safety reason means we must keep it, and we will tell you if that applies.
We do not claim rights that vary by state or country, because we are not in a position to promise how each law applies to a site this small. If you believe a law gives you a right we have not described, say so in your message and we will answer in good faith.
Your name, the email address you used, and what you want us to do. Do not send card numbers, passwords or medical records. We never need them.

Should I send health information to this website?
No. Please do not send medical details to the website inbox. It is not a medical service, and it is not set up to protect health records.
If you have a reaction to a supplement, call a doctor or pharmacist. You can also report it to FDA through MedWatch (FDA MedWatch, adverse event reporting). If you have chest pain, fainting or an erection lasting over four hours, call 911.
Our pages share general information only. Read the disclaimer for the limits, and keep taking your prescribed medicine exactly as directed.

This website is for adults. SodaPeak is a supplement for adults 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If a parent finds that a child has emailed us, write to [email protected] and we will delete the message.
We may update this policy when the site changes, for example if we add analytics or a newsletter. The date at the top of the policy shows the latest version. Material changes will be written plainly, not hidden in a long paragraph.

Does Sodapeakdaily store my payment card details?
No. You pay on eBay, and this website has no checkout. We never see your card number, so we cannot store it. Payment records stay with eBay and your bank, under their own rules.
Does sodapeakdaily.com use cookies?
Not of its own, as of October 19, 2026. We have not added cookies, advertising scripts or analytics to the pages. Your browser may still keep ordinary data such as cache, which you can clear in its settings.
Who can read the email I send to the website inbox?
Site staff who answer the inbox can read it. We use it to reply and to fix errors on pages. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a list because you wrote.
Can I ask Sodapeakdaily to delete my email thread?

Does the SodaPeak planner or safety check save my answers?
No. The planner, the safety check and the other tools run in your browser. Your taps are not sent to us or saved by us, and closing the page clears them.
Why does the order link leave the website?
Orders are placed on the eBay listing, not here. The button opens a short hand-off page and then eBay. Once you are there, eBay's privacy rules apply to your account and order.
