What kind of product is SodaPeak exactly?
SodaPeak is a dietary supplement in gelatin capsules, not a drug. The front says Supports Healthy Muscle with an asterisk, and the back carries the standard FDA statement that the claim has not been evaluated. It does not treat any disease.
What does the red horse seal on the bottle mean?
The seal is part of the design. It is a crimson circle with a white horse head and the words SUPPORTS HEALTHY MUSCLE. It is not a certification, and it names no lab, regulator or award.
Who makes SodaPeak?
The bottle does not say. It shows a small VITALIFES mark but no manufacturer name or address in the images we have. Sodapeakdaily is a retailer, not the maker, so we do not name a factory.
What does the asterisk after Supports Healthy Muscle point to?
It points to the FDA statement on the back: the claim has not been evaluated by FDA, and the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The asterisk is a legal flag, not a footnote of proof.
Why is the blend named Test Boost if there is no testosterone claim?
The name is marketing. The label makes no testosterone claim, and no trial shows that the capsules affect testosterone. Boosters as a group have weak support for their claims (Clemesha et al. on T-booster claims (SMSNA summary)). A doctor can test your levels.
Is SodaPeak for women as well as men?
The label we have does not say. The vendor's ad copy mentions both, but an ad is not the label. Wild yam is described as having estrogen-like effects, so women should ask a doctor first, and the brief excludes pregnancy and nursing.
Is there an official SodaPeak app, newsletter or social account?
We found none that we can verify. The only order route we point to is the eBay listing. Be careful with accounts that use the name and ask for payment details (BBB, How to Identify a Fake Website).

What is inside a SodaPeak capsule?
Each serving holds one 1,200 mg blend of eight named lines and seven other ingredients. No single amount is printed for any of the eight.
The order of the blend sets a ceiling for each line. Line k of 8 can weigh at most 1,200 divided by k, which gives 1,200 mg for the first line and 150 mg for the eighth (21 CFR 101.36 (Supplement Facts, proprietary blends)).
Which ingredients are listed in the SodaPeak blend?
Eight: horny goat weed, tongkat ali, saw palmetto, nettle root, wild yam, sarsaparilla, orchic substance and a boron amino acid chelate. They sit in one 1,200 mg blend in that order, from most to least by weight.
Why can't I see how many milligrams of each ingredient there are?
The blend rule only requires the total weight, 1,200 mg, plus the ingredients in descending order (21 CFR 101.36 (Supplement Facts, proprietary blends)). The label prints no single amount. Ceilings from the order run from 1,200 mg for the first line to 150 mg for the eighth.
What would an even split of the SodaPeak blend look like?
An even split would put 150 mg of each line in a serving, since 1,200 divided by 8 is 150. That is not a stated fact. The real amounts could differ so long as the order holds.
Does SodaPeak contain caffeine or another stimulant?
None is listed on the label we have. Its other ingredients are calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and the gelatin capsule. An unlisted ingredient cannot be ruled out without a lab test.
Is orchic substance really made from animal glands?
Yes. Orchic substance is a glandular extract, and the label does not name the animal. That is why the bottle's vegetarian badge conflicts with the label. The evidence for it is described as insufficient for any use (RxList, Orchic Extract).
Is SodaPeak vegetarian or vegan?
No. The capsule is gelatin and orchic substance is animal-derived. The brand's vegetarian badge does not match the label. People who avoid animal products should skip it.

Should I take SodaPeak with food or on an empty stomach?
The eBay listing says 2 capsules after a meal, and the brief says to take them with an 8 oz glass of water. The directions panel is not in our images, so check the bottle. A meal anchor also helps you remember.
What if I forget a SodaPeak dose?
Skip it and take the next serving at the usual time. Do not double up to catch up. The label we have prints no missed-dose rule, so ask your pharmacist if unsure.
Is a night-time dose of SodaPeak a problem?
The label we have gives no time of day. Nothing listed is a stimulant, but a late dose may not suit everyone. The listing's after-a-meal wording is the only timing clue, so choose a regular meal.
How many SodaPeak capsules do I take each day?

Can I open a SodaPeak capsule and mix it into a drink?
We would not. The label gives no such direction, and a gelatin capsule hides the taste of the contents. Swallow whole with water, as the directions say.
Can I take SodaPeak and train on the same day?
Nothing on the label forbids it. Training matters more than the capsule: adults need muscle-strengthening on 2 or more days a week (CDC, Adult Physical Activity Guidelines). Sleep and protein matter too (CDC, About Sleep) (Harvard Nutrition Source, Protein).

Is SodaPeak safe to take with other medicines?
It depends on the medicine, so ask your doctor or pharmacist before you start. Several of the eight herbs can interact with common drugs.
The warning panel was not in the images we have, so we never quote one. NCCIH advises telling every provider what supplements you take (NCCIH, Using Dietary Supplements Wisely). Keep taking prescribed medicine exactly as directed.
Chest pain, fainting, or an erection lasting over four hours needs emergency care.
Who should avoid SodaPeak entirely?
People under 18, and women who are pregnant or nursing. The label is for adults 18 and over. Anyone on regular medicine or with a hormone-sensitive condition should ask a doctor first.
Can SodaPeak affect blood pressure or blood sugar medicines?
Possibly. Nettle may add to blood-pressure drugs and water pills, and case reports describe low blood sugar (MSK, Nettle). Ask your doctor or pharmacist, and never change a prescribed dose yourself.
Is SodaPeak safe for the liver?
We cannot say. A rare liver-injury case is on record for tongkat ali, and extract purity is not standardized (LiverTox, Tongkat Ali). Stop and call a doctor if you notice dark urine, yellow skin or severe tiredness.
Will SodaPeak change a PSA test?
Saw palmetto does not appear to change PSA readings (NCI, PSA Test Fact Sheet), but tell your doctor you take it before any prostate check. The other lines have not been studied for PSA.
Do I need to stop SodaPeak before surgery?
Tell the surgeon and anesthetist you take it, well before the date. Some supplements raise bleeding risk or affect anesthesia (NCCIH, Using Dietary Supplements Wisely). Saw palmetto has bleeding reports with blood thinners.
What side effects have been reported for the SodaPeak ingredients?
For single herbs: sweating or feeling hot with horny goat weed, mild stomach upset with saw palmetto, and possible stomach upset with sarsaparilla. SodaPeak itself has no safety study. The SodaPeak side effects page lists more.
Where do I report a bad reaction to SodaPeak?

What does the evidence say about SodaPeak claims and reviews?
The evidence is thin. The bottle claims only "Supports Healthy Muscle*", no trial has tested the product, and no review is verified.
Reviews of over-the-counter testosterone boosters find weak support for their claims (Clemesha et al. on T-booster claims (SMSNA summary)). The FTC expects human trial evidence for health claims (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).

Is there any study of SodaPeak itself?
No. We found no trial of the product, so every claim rests on studies of single herbs, many small or in animals. The FTC says test-tube or animal studies alone are not enough to support a health claim (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
Does tongkat ali in the blend lift testosterone?
Small trials show testosterone rose in men with low levels, not in healthy men, and the studies vary (Leisegang et al., Medicina 2022 (E. longifolia)). We do not know the amount in SodaPeak, so the result cannot be carried over.
Can SodaPeak help with erectile dysfunction?
It makes no such claim, and no herbal product is shown to be safe and effective for it (NCCIH, Sexual-Enhancement Supplements). Erection trouble has many causes, some serious. See a doctor (Mayo Clinic, Erectile Dysfunction).
Are there real SodaPeak customer reviews I can read?

What is the difference between the bottle claim and the ad claims?
The bottle says only Supports Healthy Muscle with an asterisk. A vendor ad goes further, with words about testosterone and stamina, and lists herbs that are not on the label. Trust the label.
How long before I would notice anything from SodaPeak?
