The seller has 3 business days to respond. A refund usually arrives 3 to 5 business days after the seller receives the item, and it can be reduced if the item comes back used or damaged (eBay Returns Policy).

FAQ01
SodaPeak questions people ask
How long do I have to return an item on eBay?
It depends on the seller's policy, which the listing prints. The SodaPeak listing prints 30-day returns. Under eBay's guarantee you can also report a not-as-described item up to 30 days after delivery, so act early and keep your delivery date.
Who pays return shipping on an eBay return?
It depends on the reason and the listing. On the SodaPeak listing, the seller pays on a 30-day return; for a 60-day return, ask the order desk first. Send it with tracking and keep the receipt.
Does eBay refund import fees on a return?
We could not confirm that. eBay says the buyer is responsible for customs, duties and taxes on international purchases (eBay, International Purchases and Import Charges). Ask the seller and eBay before you ship, because a refund may cover the item price but not those charges.
