SodaPeak Before and After: What a Photo Can and Cannot Show
SodaPeak before and after photos are not something we could verify: as of our check we found no photo set tied to a real buyer and a dated order. Photos also prove little on their own, because light, pose, training and diet change a body picture. No trial of SodaPeak exists.

Are there SodaPeak before and after photos?
We found no verified SodaPeak before and after photos as of our check. Verified would mean a named buyer, a dated order and a same-conditions pair of pictures.
The vendor did supply staged scene photos. Those are staging, not customers, and not proof of any result. This site publishes no testimonials.
Why do before and after photos prove so little?
Before and after photos prove little because many things besides a capsule change a picture. A product that changed none of them could still look "transformed".
Sleep alone matters: a week of short sleep lowered young men's testosterone in one lab study (Leproult & Van Cauter, JAMA 2011 (sleep and testosterone)).
| Factor | Effect on the picture |
|---|---|
| Lighting and angle | Shadows make muscle look larger or smaller |
| Pump and flexing | A flexed pose after a workout looks bigger |
| Training and protein | A new lifting routine changes the body |
What does the bottle itself claim?
The SodaPeak bottle claims only "Supports Healthy Muscle*", and the asterisk points to the FDA statement. It shows no before and after.
The FTC says health claims generally need reliable scientific evidence, usually human trials (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). A picture is not a trial. The front of the bottle prints one claim, numbered below.
Tap a number to read that part of the label.
- Black cap
A plain black screw cap. The safety-seal wording was not in the images supplied.
- VITALIFES mark
A small V logo with the word VITALIFES. It is the only company mark on the front; no manufacturer name or address is printed.
- The claim seal
A crimson seal with a white horse head and 'SUPPORTS HEALTHY MUSCLE*': a structure/function claim with the FDA asterisk.
- SodaPeak
The product name in white.
- Advanced Formula
'ADVANCED FORMULA' in gold. It is a name, not a measured property.
- 60 capsule
The count: 60 capsules, which is 30 servings of 2.
- Dietary supplements
The product type. It is not a drug.

See packsWhat should you track instead of photos?
Track habits and numbers you can repeat. The federal activity guidance asks adults for muscle-strengthening on 2 or more days a week (CDC, Adult Physical Activity Guidelines).
Log your lifts, sleep hours and protein, not just a mirror shot.
Order SodaPeak: the buttons open the eBay listing
Listing prices, October 19, 2026 (eBay listing for SodaPeak). The listing prints prices for 1 and 2 bottles only, and import fees can apply. The seller states a 60-day guarantee; the listing prints 30-day returns. Compare the packs.
How do you judge any transformation picture?
Judge a transformation picture by asking who, when and what else changed. If an ad cannot answer, treat it as marketing.
- Is the person named and the order dated?
- Are both photos in the same light and pose?
- Did the person also train, diet or sleep differently?
- Is there a disclosure of payment or free product?

FAQ01
SodaPeak questions people ask
Do verified SodaPeak before and after photos exist?
Not that we could find. As of our check there is no photo set tied to a named buyer and a dated order. The vendor's scene photos are staging, and we publish no testimonials.
Can a before and after photo prove a supplement works?
No. Light, pose, a post-workout pump, training and diet all change a picture, and editing can too. Only a controlled human trial can separate a product's effect from those factors, and none exists for SodaPeak.
How should I photograph my own progress honestly?
Use the same light, angle, time of day and relaxed pose each month, and log lifts, sleep and protein beside the photos. That way a change can be traced to habits, not only to a bottle.
