How do you cancel a SodaPeak order before it ships?
To cancel a SodaPeak order before it ships, open the order in your eBay purchase history and send a cancel request, then confirm by phone.
Act fast. The seller has to accept it, and a tracking number usually removes the cancel option. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 (the SodaPeak order desk) with your order number the same day.
The website inbox, [email protected], cannot see orders, so a cancel message sent there will not stop a parcel.
Open the order
Find it under purchases and look for the cancel link.
Send the request
Pick a reason and submit it.
Confirm by phone
Ask the desk to note the cancel on your order number.
Can you cancel a SodaPeak order after it has shipped?
No, not in the usual sense. Once a parcel has shipped, a cancel becomes a return, and you start the return after the bottle arrives.
The listing prints 30-day returns with the seller paying return shipping (eBay listing for SodaPeak). The seller states a 60-day guarantee, but start inside 30 days to be safe. The steps are on the SodaPeak refund policy page and in our post on a SodaPeak refund.
If you refuse the parcel at delivery or let it go back, ask the seller how a refund would work first. Import charges can attach to a parcel from India, and the buyer is responsible for them (eBay, International Purchases and Import Charges).

FAQ01
SodaPeak questions people ask
How long do I have to cancel a SodaPeak order?
Only until the seller ships it, which the listing does not time precisely. Send the eBay cancel request as soon as you change your mind, then call the order desk to back it up.
Will cancelling a SodaPeak order refund me in full?
A cancel before shipment should return the full payment through eBay, but the timing depends on your card issuer. Check your order page for the status instead of assuming it is done.
Can I change the number of bottles on a SodaPeak order?
Not reliably. The simplest route is to cancel before shipment and place a new order with the pack you want. A second order cannot be merged into the first.
